Aquarius^® Whole Chromosome Painting probes

Cytocell's human whole chromosome painting probes consist of libraries of DNA sequences derived from flow-sorted chromosomes. These libraries contain sequences stretching over the entire length of the chromosome and provide superior coverage over each chromosome.

Cytocell offers a comprehensive range of whole chromosome painting probes available in the Aquarius® liquid format. The probes are available in either a red or a green fluorophore (Texas Red or FITC spectra respectively).

Multiprobe Chromoprobe^® Octochrome

Cytocell's Chromoprobe Multiprobe^® Octochrome combines the utility of an 8 square Multiprobe device and the whole chromosome painting probes to allow all 24 chromosomes to be identified on a single slide. Each square has a different mixture of three chromosome painting probes reversibly bound on to it, each labelled in a different colour (FITC, Texas Red or Aqua spectra).
