Cytocell's products are focused on the use of innovative DNA technology in the areas of molecular cytogenetics and molecular genetics. DNA FISH (fluorescence in situ hybridisation) probes are the main product range currently available from Cytocell.

Cytocell's products are manufactured at our facilities in Cambridge, UK, in accordance with the relevant ISO international quality standards and the FDA quality systems regulations.

Chromoprobe Multiprobe-System® Chromoprobe DNA probes
The Chromoprobe Multiprobe System offers a unique system for the simultaneous detection of banks of probes using standard fluorescence microscopy. It utilises a glass device which allows the independent hybridisation of several probes on a single slide.

Aquarius® Liquid DNA probes

Aquarius offers several ranges of directly labelled DNA FISH probes available in a liquid format. The kits are supplied complete with DAPI counterstain. The protocol is rapid and simple and follows a co-denaturation of the FISH probe and target DNA simultaneously.

Product Use
All products manufactured by Cytocell must be used in accordance with the product label and the instructions for use. Please refer to instructions for use for information on regulatory status.
We recommend that the FISH probes are used in conjunction with standard cytogenetic analysis after an in-house validation programme has been satisfactory completed.
